About the NL Awards 2026
The NL Awards return in 2026, with us aiming to go bigger and better than last year. How is that even possible?!
The NL Awards generated well over 2 million impressions across social last year and was dubbed by many as the best, most unique awards evening they had had the pleasure of attending.
In 2025 we once again partnered with the Chester House Estate to host only our third awards ceremony. We welcomed in over 320 people to crown 20 worthy winners and over 80 finalists in a unique outdoor awards event.
Our awards are designed to celebrate the best businesses from around Northamptonshire; from our finalists to our partners.
- Nomination phase - until 1st June
- Voting - until 11pm 30th June
- Awards Ceremony - 16th July
Nominations & Votes
The NL Awards run over a 3 month period with nominations and votes gathered before the big reveal at the Awards Evening in July.
Nominations – we encourage the nomination of businesses throughout May via our social feeds.
Public Vote – the top 5 nominated businesses go to the public vote throughout June. The NL Awards are the only awards in Northants with 50% of the public vote counted across all categories.
The Judging Panel – The judging panel will account for 50% of the overall marks, with the public contributing 50%. All finalists will be expected to fill in the judging sheet when asked.
Our Awards Evening
Following on from last years successful awards evening, this year we have plans to make it even better than ever. The event will be different to other awards with it being outside, celebrating everything local with a festival vibe.
